I would recommend Upcoming Environmental wholeheartedly. We reached out for an urgent asbestos abatement that was a complete surprise to us as we sold our house. They were kind, fair, incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. Their price was extremely fair for the industry. I can't recommend them enough.
I am very impressed with this company. I left a message about wanting to have some tiles checked for asbestos. They quickly returned my call, and made an appointment. Al came out and took samples for testing. He thoroughly explained the process, measured, and gave me the price it would be to remove the tiles if there is asbestos. Al called me with the results. To my surprise, and I think his too, none of the tiles had asbestos in them. We had multiple people that came in to do other work on the house tell us that they thought they were asbestos. Can’t recommended Upcoming Environmental enough! We first started working with Al and his team when my parents purchased a home with asbestos tiles throughout. 1000 sq ft of asbestos removal felt daunting to us but Al assured us that it would be completed quickly and safely. He worked around other jobs he had scheduled as well as other contractors working simultaneously on our project.
I just called him back to run a test on potential asbestos in my own 1920s home and he came out to collect samples quickly and luckily (for me) I won’t need to employ his services for removal after receiving a swift update from him with the negative results. Thank you Al, we...read full review
