I don’t know what has happen to this clinic but it’s bad from the first time I used them in 2014 til recently the wait time is crazy no way my appointment is at 2:15 and by 3:20 I’m still not seen and the place close at 5 if I’m not mistaken. Instead of checking on the patients they sit and talk like they forgot it’s people there waiting on them

I wouldn’t come to this place if I was dying these people are inhumane and show no compassion you will sit all day for a appt they will break and leave you waiting try to call and 6 mins turns into 40 mins then they pick up low tone I guess so they can just hang up on you I ask for help and get a voicemail completely no respect for their patients

If you have the means to switch hospitals or doctors. DO IT! This hospital/clinic is the absolute worst. Wait times are out of control, the staff is rude (including some of the doctors), no one answers the phone, they make the simplest tasks, like rescheduling an appointment the most stressful, labor intensive thing. If I wasn’t so far along in my pregnancy I would have switched a long time ago. Seriously! Don’t make the same mistake I did!
