We got through the 4th of July fireworks, then wake up at 8am on July 5th to our roof being worked on. She's petrified. I'm stressed. She's stressed. It's not great. I came outside to figure out a way to get her out and honestly.... I was not my best self.

Sean met me with compassion and empathy. He proceeded to regularly clean a path outside our apartment to ensure there were no nails, stopping to do so more frequently than the other spots. He gave me his cell so I could contact him before I took her out. He pet her when she was excited to see a stranger. I was blown away.

And then - as if that wasn't great enough - he remembered and texted me when they arrived a few weeks later to do the gutters.
