We had a fantastic experience with City Living Detroit. We relocated to Detroit from the east coast and didn’t know much about the city. Austin quickly understood our housing desires and narrowed our search to a few areas. Because he is so well connected, he was able to show us 2 homes that weren’t on the market. Both were a perfect fit. We ended up purchasing one and couldn’t be happier. Austin was a delight to work with through the entire process and continues to check in with us!

My partner and I worked with Austin to find a new home in Detroit and could not be happier with the experience.We had ALL of the potential complications: out of state buyers, first time buyers, tight time line (we had 5 months from first contact to our move date. We closed in 3.), buying during covid, and (admittedly) discerning tastes.
