Can’t express how thankful I am for the help buying my first home out of the blue. I myself wasn’t 100% prepared as I thought and Jan, Josiah and Justin made things so much easier for me there resources alone helped facilitate the closing and I can’t be more appreciative. Many times did I feel overwhelmed or a bit stressed and felt as though I may have communicated a bit abrasively they were always patient, assuring me they were there to help.
