I recently had my annual check-up and blood work done at this clinic. The next day, someone from the clinic called me to inform me about the results.
However, when I tried to ask questions about some of the numbers and what they meant, the caller told me she was not the doctor and could only read the notes that were written in my file. She suggested that I should call the doctor myself if I needed clarification.
I found this process frustrating and concerning. If patients are being contacted about their medical results, they should either be able to speak with someone who can explain them properly or be offered a scheduled follow-up call with the doctor.

They say they open at 8 but don’t unlock the doors until around 8:20, leaving sick and elderly patients waiting outside, which happened to us today October 1st. The doctors and NPs are great though.
The doctors are amazing. Everyone that works for Dr. Ayad including the doctor himself. Me and my daughter have been going there for years. They practice medicine but also love and care. Thank you Bingham Medical! Dr. Ayad and staff
