Very polite and have patience with the kids. Only one child per worker. My son loves his worker plus the other workers that interact with him.
My son's tech had him using the toilet in two weeks and he was fully trained less than a month.
She also got him to talk more and to express his feelings throu his words instead of hitting. she also got him to use appropriate words within a few weeks (my son swears alot).
He knows how to count, read numbers, and knows to stay with someone at all times when he's outside.
His tech and the subs he had are great with him.
