Metro Router, Michael Gaber, I've been trying to contact you for a while. The work your company did at my house was not correct and I had to get another company to redo what you were supposed to repair and pipes you were supposed to have replaced. You charged me over $10,000. I'm hoping we can get this taken care of instead of going to Court. You have my information to contact me. I'm retired I don't have money like that to give and I had to pay that same money out to get it done right.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY THEY ARE SCAMMERS. they tried scamming my 80 year old Grandma out of 750 dollars for 2 valves that actually ended up being a little washer. The guys came to her house at 7:00 at night and left around 9 and said they would be back at 11:30 that night. They had an unmarked van no uniform and were wearing all black. When we checked under The vanity the next day after they left the night before they took a bath towel from her bathroom soaked it and put up against the drywall to soak The wall to make BLACK MOLD. So they can get money out of my grandma. I truly I can’t believe they tried to make my grandma sick. My Grandma is lucky to have people to looks out for her and even the police. Shame on you guys. You will be reported to BBB.
In response: first of all there was no police there THE NEIGHBOR WAS THE POLICE. And $420 was what we said we would pay you. You guys wrote receipt for $420 that’s what your guys wrote after wanting $750. AND THE SCAM WAS THE TOWEL SOAKED IN WATER FROM YOUR GUYS PUTTING IT UNDER THE VANITY. and we will get to the to the bottom of it. You saying I pray for you all is that A threat. Sounds a like threat to me police will be notified.

I wouldn't give these guys 1 starr! They are Scammers and will be reported to BBB and plumbing commissioner if that's the last thing I do in life! Police have been notified as well. And their long drawn out response will mean nothing so don't bother mike or michael? They tried scamming my 80yr old mom. I set up the appointment for her. Small leak under bathroom sink come to find out from a real plumber it was a little washer not the shut off valves that they wanted to charge$750 for. And they did replace shut off valves instead of little washer. They showed up.. un marked van, no uniforms, it was not an emergency leak, they came 7pm and said to her we will be back at 11pm?? No way! The scam... they soaked a bath towel in water placed by dry wall under sink said we will be back .. with 3 guys at 11pm?? No no no I told my mom no they are not coming back in house. They were trying to put in home owners insurance. They told me on phone vanity was soaked it was not! I checked! Ave the wet was from them soaking a wet towel to wet the dry wall. We just need more honest people in this world! Not to mention they are under..westland plumbing.. but have another name..metro rooter! Have a nice day! I've blocked you I don't want to hear your bs excuse! They scam especially old people! Update in owners response back to me! The police officer gave your employee $420 and said leave! The invoice was written up while he was standing there! She didn't need shut off valves. And yes we had a professional out last night! Who confirmed this! Please stop bringing up special needs kids in this unfortunate incident... as i mentioned we have special needs in our family to I'm not playing that card. Again! Hope employee soaked a towel and placed it up on the dry wall to make it wet!! It's all good vanity isn't even wet nor is wall now! I was looking out for my mom... I'm not allowing strange un uninformed men in her home at midnight!! In marked vans either! Have a nice day

Had a new toilet and flange replaced by them 1.5 years ago. I had a plumbing inspection and they said this toilet is loose and needs to be pulled and reset. They will not return emails or contact on website. Tried calling and nobody answers. Unprofessional!

Hired this company come out to replace my main water supply shutoffs. They were unable to locate the proper valve locally,so I had to drive to Ann Arbor to pick up the part that was not in stock. Ended up on a wild goose chase trying to find the valve. After a few months the valve connection started to fail. Tried to schedule a repair time to coordinate with the city coming out to shut off the water. Mike ended up blocking my phone number because he didn’t not want to guarantee his work.
