Im glad State Building Company was able to step in and complete our project, not only from a tree falling on our house but also the major hail storm that impacted Davison. Greg was always up front and honest and wanted to make sure we were happy with the job (even coming the day after the roof was completed and magnet sweeping our yard in the rain for loose nails) and when we found major rot that was under a window and required repair to finish the siding, they completed our roof, siding, exterior doors and gutters and our house looks amazing. Pricing was fair on the insurance side and the side we had to pay on as well and I would not hesitate to use Greg and his team again. Thank you for being a honest contractor and making sure we were taken care of.“

“The Roof Depot is a multi-generational, family-owned business. Josh and his company provide high quality service (craftsmanship and customer service) at a reasonable price. Josh was contacted by my builder to fix the problem their framer sub: Shelton Framing, created. Shelton did not follow the architects drawing, which they reviewed and edited with my architect, for the 1:10 pitch roof on my sunroom addition. The 100% flat roof they framed was not dried-in properly resulting in multiple instances of rain pouring onto the sub-flooring. Josh and The Roof Depot team came to the rescue and installed a TPO & ISO roofing system and gutters for the new 100% flat roof. Before the roofing system was scheduled for installation, another rain shower occurred and Josh personally came out, in the rain, to fix the framer's work. WOW--that's customer service. Josh's son is in the business and delivers the same outstanding service as his father does. The future of The Roof Depot is in excellent hands, therefore I give my highest recommendation for this local business. Thank you, The Roof Depot for turning me into a customer for life.“

“so i had given some bad reviews in the past but today i want to finish the story. as the reviews say i had some problems with my installation. sometimes we make simple mistakes in life allowing us to learn and grow from them. once the vp derek wood got hold of my situation things got a whole lot better a whole lot quicker. He has been more than helpful getting my concerns addressed and going three steps further in another little project on the house that turned out beautiful. kudos to derek and his d and w crews. i was pretty blunt in my earlier reviews. i was angry and felt like nobody was listening. however today the windows and siding are looking great. so if you still have any doubt on using d and w for your next project just ask to talk to derek, i believe he is truly a good person.“
