After being ghosted and a deposit stolen from another contractor. Im glad State Building Company was able to step in and complete our project, not only from a tree falling on our house but also the major hail storm that impacted Davison. Greg was always up front and honest and wanted to make sure we were happy with the job (even coming the day after the roof was completed and magnet sweeping our yard in the rain for loose nails) and when we found major rot that was under a window and required repair to finish the siding, they completed our roof, siding, exterior doors and gutters and our house looks amazing. Almost a year ago I had State Building Company come out to quote a roof replacement as my previous roof started leaking. Mike gave me 3 quotes for different material. Vista, Legacy, and metal. We originally agreed on Legacy but I found out post installation the installers used Vista, both had the same warranty so I wasn’t terribly concerned. I advised Mike of this and the invoice was changed to reflect Vista with no hassle.Almost a year later and the roof has done well, I’m very happy with this company and would recommend.Service: Roof installation

Their team educated us on every step of the process, they were on site when they said they would be and nothing was ever too difficult. State Building Company is now in its second generation of the Lamp family, as Frank passed the business on to his son, Scott Lamp.
