Terry was extremely fast in giving me a fair estimate. No need to get another quote. Patient with me on coming up with the funds. Took me two weeks. I then was given an appointment for repair very quickly. The repairman/roofer was very polite, knowledgeable, quiet... And quick. He came prepared with extra shingles in case it was needed. Matching my existing shingles no noticeable patchwork. Damage was due to a storm. Roof looks like nothing happened. Can't be happier.
