“So, R & M Heating, Cooling and plumbing in Coldwater is replacing our AC and Furnace. It started out as just the AC but when they got into the furnace unit to prep it for the condenser they found that the heat exchanger was cracked.
Well, you all know what that means.
Chris (owner) did a quote and it was a very reasonable quote!
They ordered the new furnace and it should be in Friday.
He then informed me that the 2 guys working on it was going to do it on Saturday, with no overtime!!!!
One reason is because they were scheduled for other installs through mid-November.
I can't tell you how much we appreciate these guys.
