I’ve used R&M for the last 10 years or so to winterize and open my cottage. They do great work, they show when they say they’ll be there, and the tech that’s been on our account has been the same one sent to my house for years so he’s familiar our setup. With an old cottage, you never know what you’ll find with plumbing and they were knowledgeable and creative enough to come up with several workarounds that allowed us to add a washer and dryer in the cottage a few years ago (this was a huge deal for us!). I’m glad to have a trusted provider!
Had a carpeted bathroom in the basement of a house we had just purchased. Had a clog in the line and the toilet and shower both overflowed with sewage. By the time I got home from work they were already there and informed me that sewage had seeped into the drywall and recommended a rebuild of the room. They cleaned the room and unclogged the drain. They even removed the old toilet for me and capped the drain to make my rebuild easier. I thought the cleanup was going to cost way more than what they ended up charging. They were very professional and polite. I hope I never need their services again, but if I need those services, they will be my first call.
Had a New 60,000 BTU Carrier installed.
The installers were courteous, professional & did an excellent job installing. Huge difference heating our home with new furnace.
