“I called to have a main septic line cleared out. He arrived on time - actually a few minutes early! After inspection, he told me that wasn't the problem but what I could do to fix the problem myself.He gave me the option of having him try anyway with the caveat that it may not work, or leave it alone and I can fix myself. Honesty and integrity - how rare is that nowadays? Most businesses would probably just do what I had asked, even though I was wrong, charge me for it and say "for $$$ more, we can do XYZ and guarantee the work"Next time I have a plumbing issue, I would definitely call Drain Monkeys first.-Edit Two years laterFearing the worst, like "you need a new tank and drain field", I called Drain Monkeys to come see why I had standing water in my backyard. They got here on time, and after digging around for a while, located the filter cap (I didn't even know septic tanks had them), cleaned the filter and - problem solved. Big relief.
