He was extremely helpful and knowledgeable, explaining the issue and how to prevent it in the future. He also gave suggestions to avoid a service charge. Jeremy came out the same day and provided maintenance, helping the unit work properly. He was super professional, friendly, and clearly knows his stuff. He came out on a weeknight in less than 10 minutes to diagnose furnace concerns, answered many questions, and gave guidance. He did not accept payment, genuinely helping for nothing in return. The customer experience was top notch. For an emergency appointment, he charged a great price. He took the time to explain his process and clarify resolutions. Customers will absolutely be calling again.
AC went out in the evening. Reached out to Jeremy at 8:00AM. He had a full day but happened to be in the area and fit us in. My AC was fixed and running by 10:00AM. He also took the time to explain the issue and how I can prevent this in the future. For an emergency appointment, he charged a great price.
