“This seems shady to me C&L Ward. I paid 17k for doors and installation. Front door handle is being warrantied but you are trying to charge me for labor to come and install it. This on top of the other issues i have had with the other 2 doors that were installed incorrectly. I did business with you and you are not standing by your product. You need to make this right or you have lost a customer.

“The less than glowing review from previous homeowner is not true first of all they bought the wrong faucet and didn't want to take it back. There vanity top did scratch, I offered to get them a new one which we did. And that one scratched too. I wanted them to get one from another place but they wanted to match the shower unit. Very hard people to work with please check my other references as I have no bad references. I can easily give 25 to 50 recent references.“

“City sewer cleaners puts on a facade of being nice and kind but actively destroy a neighborhood in Carrollton (balsam and Jefferson if you want to peek yourself) soil and water displacement as well as the dumping of water, soil, and mud slurry containing god knows what daily. ive replaced my sump pump twice in the last year since they've ramped up the amount of DUMPING they do. The neighboring family owned HISTORIC farm has had the lowest yield ever and has flooded fields due to the displacement of water in the 100 year flood plain we are in. A company of this size could easily relocate to a non residential area. they are permitted (relatively recent) as M1 but are butted up on three sides to residential and one industrial lot behind them that causes zero problems. They'll reply to this with some crud about how they have everything legal. Its not about legal. Its about people. People who LIVE here. Choose Dependable Sewer instead.“
