I worked for this company in ann arbor at CIT. I've never seen a more mismanaged jobsite. Kurt the superintendent there and his foreman are scamming the company they brag about it they call it the gravy train. Kurt comes in at 9am-10am the 3 days a week he is actually there and is gone by noon- 1. Justin covers for him when he's not there doing his job and paper work for him in return kurt pays him for all the days he is not at work. Justin has worked 2 weekends since the overtime started and yet has been paid for every Saturday and sunday since July im sure barton malow wouldnt be happy about that. On behalf of Hills & Dales General Hospital, we want to say that Spence Brothers is an excellent company to work with. As a hospital, we ran 24/7 in conjunction with our construction project and Spence Brothers team was very mindful of that. From the beginning of the project, through the very end, their staff, as well as all of the sub contractors on site, were professional, knowledgeable, courteous and timely. Scott Kaczmarek and Kelli Jenness were the absolute best to work with! We couldn’t have asked for a better company to lead us through our expansion and renovation project. We would highly recommend them for any project you have!
