“Okay I'm gonna say sorry in advance for the length of this review. I had a horrible experience with a salon three years ago. They took my natural grey hair & bleached it blonde. I just wanted a toner to get the yellow out. Needless to say it had to be dyed dark again, which broke my heart. So I hesitated to go to a salon again. But then I took a leap of faith & went to Shagg. The minute I walked in I knew this was it but with who? Two beautiful ladies started saying names and then one said Faith. At that moment I knew I was in the right place. I can not say enough about this salon! But there really is no words for Faith! She was so sweet & empathetic to my fear. She took her time to do what she knew would work, and when the first thing didn't she tried something else! And I can not tell you how good if feels to feel pretty again. I even went back for low lights because Faith has a plan for my hair! It's beautiful! Not dry or damaged in any way and NOT BLONDE! Go to this salon. If your looking & scared of salons, this is your salon! I am so so happy! And I even have Faith! (Pun intended ?) Thank you to all you beautiful people at Shagg! He’s very professional, attentive, and always makes sure I leave feeling better than when I came in. More recently, I started going to Megan for facials, and I’m so glad I did! She made my skin feel refreshed and glowing, while also explaining everything and making me feel comfortable throughout the process.

“We did a couples massage package and it was amazing! We got so much for a great price! The environment is small but so welcoming! It was beautifully set up and relaxing. The massage was full body and was beautifully guided. We both enjoyed our Valentines day there. Worth every penny! The parking was tight but you can park next door and walk over.“
