“Since making the simple call to Lifetime Home Products for a kitchen sink leak and getting a response with a confirmed appointment for a plumber to come out same day for correction we have been impressed. Upon Aaron’s arrival he was professional, polite, and honest in his findings. We are brand new homeowners and unfortunately the previous homeowner thought himself a handyman. Aaron was quick in and out to stop the leak. He did take a moment and walked the entire house as well, giving us notice of possible issues. One of them being our sump pump. We have since had him out to our home once again for his recommendation of a new sump pump install before all this rain and flooding hit. We are so thankful we did as we currently have a lake in our backyard and know without his advice and listening to him we would be underwater. “We had our old asphalt shingles replaced with a stone-coated metal roof. The project was completed within 2 days after it was started. The crew was excellent and took great pride in their workmanship. They also made sure everything around the perimeter of our home was spotless. Although the project was just completed and very pricey, we couldn't be happier with the result. One big concern we had was how loud the roof was going to sound compared to our old roof when acorns fall and hit it. After several days of acorn strikes from our very mature Oak trees, we can honestly say there is little or no difference in how loud the sound is. Make no mistake, this was a very expensive project, but it's nice to know that when our time comes and this house is passed on to our children, they won't need to be looking at any roof repairs for the foreseeable future.“
