We had a bunch of things all happen around the same time. LIke many in the area our basement flooded this spring and while that was irritating, we were living with it as it's all cement and rock.
About a week into the cleanup in the basement the pipes to our upstairs sprang a major leak. We ended up having to shut the water off to the entire house to stop the water from leaking through the ceiling.
