“We had a sewer line that was clogged and backing up into our basement. I had one plumber who came and snaked the line but recommended I have the line water jetted. They quoted me about $1000 for the jetting. A week after they snaked the line we were backed up again.I contacted a rotorooting company who gave me an estimate of $600.00 for jetting. They came out for about 10 min and refused to jet or snake the line unless a clean out was put in, and they charged me $90.00. Needless to say i was frustrated.I contacted James from JKC he answered right away and came out the next day to check out the issue. He ran a camera through the line and recommended a clean out be put in the yard in addition to having the lines jetted. It wasn't cheap about $2700.00. I paid the money and James did the work, and I am pleased with the new clean out, and sewer line is clear.Throughout this process I called at least 10 different plumbing companies, many of which were not helpful in the least, and several never even returned my call. I will say JKC WILL answer your call and he WILL be there to help you. I highly recommend you contact JKC for your plumbing needs.“

“Our water heater pilot light went out and Bill was recommended to us. When he got to us he went and checked everything out and tried to dry out parts of the pilot that had gotten wet after our basement flooded a little. He tried multiple times to get it dried out enough to stay lit, but to no avail. He then advised us about the heater and things to try and other options. He went above and beyond in his work and was very reasonably priced for his work. We recommend him highly“
