We had a sewer line that was clogged and backing up into our basement. I had one plumber who came and snaked the line but recommended I have the line water jetted. They quoted me about $1000 for the jetting. A week after they snaked the line we were backed up again.I contacted a rotorooting company who gave me an estimate of $600.00 for jetting. They came out for about 10 min and refused to jet or snake the line unless a clean out was put in, and they charged me $90.00.
