“After X-rays and an MRI, I found out I have osteoarthritis , narrowing of the side joints in my L5-S1, L4-L5 and herniation and spinal canal stenosis in L3-L4. Physical therapy was suggested by my chiropractor and Ivy Rehab was highly recommended. I wasn't sure what PT could really do.
