After X-rays and an MRI, I found out I have osteoarthritis , narrowing of the side joints in my L5-S1, L4-L5 and herniation and spinal canal stenosis in L3-L4. Physical therapy was suggested by my chiropractor and Ivy Rehab was highly recommended. I wasn't sure what PT could really do. However, after meeting and speaking with Ciara, Physical Therapist at Ivy, I am very confident with the plan of attack Ciara described. Ciara listened to me attentively, answered my questions, she throughly explained what was physically going on.
