“I have been to over 20 physical therapists at different companies in my life. Some have been great, some not so great and some awful. Peak, with Amy and Alyson, are excellent in what they do. Both go over and above any other PT specialists I've ever seen. They both are very knowledgeable and helpful. This is not a chain (which has a tendency to overbook and not take the time needed) and the one on one care is outstanding. This is a fully equipped facility that is also warm and inviting and the women who work and run the facility are exceptionally kind and caring. They also take Medicare which is good as so many of us really need help with our bodies as we age. This is the place I will go to from now on for my PT needs. “Our daughter has been working with Speech Therapist Stephanie for two years now. Stephanie has been amazing and I can't recommend her highly enough! Our daughter's progress has been far better than we thought possible. Stephanie has worked closely with us, so we could work together as a parent - therapist team. Without Stephanie's work (with our daughter) and guidance (for us) we would not have made it this far. She was just recently evaluated and she is AVERAGE in all areas! This is amazing for a child who only had one vowel sound at 2+ years old and has been consistently below where she should be.One year ago - this was my review (which I inadvertently did not post!).....Our daughter has been going to Ivy Rehab for Kids in Brighton for nearly 1 year. She has child apraxia of speech, as well as being very shy and anxious. She has been working with Stephanie Oehring (speech language therapist) since January 2022 and the progress has been better than anyone expected! Our daughter is now excited to go to Stephanie and looks forward to playing with her. She is communicating her needs - WITH WORDS! Stephanie has done an amazing job building rapport and working with her to build the speech and confidence needed. Stephanie has also taken a great deal of time to work with us (parents), so we had the skills and knowledge to work with our daughter at home as well. She pushes our daughter, but always within the bounds of what is feasible.
