Broken charger port with the broke off stem from the cord stuck in the port. Communicated right away with the repair they would do and got the laptop back within a week. It works great and was a great price! Highly recommend

Local company, family owned and operated. Both Randy and Brenda Allred (The Owner/Operators) are super sweet, honest and you'll be hard pressed to find harder working or more reliable people. My customers love them & I will continue to recommend.
