I did not catch her name, but the medical assistant was doing check in and rooming and check out and she was doing an amazing job! Very friendly and kind. I went for my migraine and two injections later and I was on my way! Will absolutely go back again if needed!
Carissa and the other woman there were so great to be with and also extremely knowledgeable!!! The only downfall of being here was the heat. The a/c barely worked and it was warm and hard to be in so I felt really bad for the employees. I’d suggest getting a generator or fixing the issue in anyway to help them! Thanks -Josh
1st Choice Urgent Care was absolutely amazing. From start to finish, the experience was top-tier. I came in to have a burn on my leg looked at (which was infected) and also had issues with my rotator cuff. The doctor and staff were kind, attentive, and very thorough. I received a shot, medication for pain, antibiotics for the infection, and they even scheduled me for physical therapy three times a week for four weeks. I arrived at 2:30 and was completely done by 3:15 — x-rays and all! This was my first visit, but it definitely won’t be my last. Highly recommend!
