“I booked the couples massage as a birthday surprise for my boyfriend, and from the moment i first called, Tuba went above and beyond to help me create a special experience. She coordinated every detail, gave me a tour of the spa several days beforehand, reserved the private relaxation room and even arranged the birthday dessert, sign, and thoughtful finishing touches. She made the entire surprise stress-free. Our massages with Latika and the other massage therapist were incredibly relaxing, the entire staff was very warm, welcoming, and professional. “I’ve now had my Magic Sleek treatment done here with Luma three times, and I honestly wouldn’t go anywhere else. She is so patient, kind, and really knows what she’s doing. She takes the time to explain everything and makes you feel completely comfortable.
I have normally pretty curly, dry, frizzy, hair that I struggle to blow dry and style. After doing this treatment, my hair turns out amazing every time, but what I appreciate just as much is how much she truly loves what she does, it shows in her work.
