I booked the couples massage as a birthday surprise for my boyfriend, and from the moment i first called, Tuba went above and beyond to help me create a special experience. She coordinated every detail, gave me a tour of the spa several days beforehand, reserved the private relaxation room and even arranged the birthday dessert, sign, and thoughtful finishing touches. She made the entire surprise stress-free. Our massages with Latika and the other massage therapist were incredibly relaxing, the entire staff was very warm, welcoming, and professional. I cannot recommend this spa enough.
Last week I had a wonderful massage session for myself and for my mother. The SPA IS FABULOUS! Super well organized, clean and everyone is so nice! I would definitely come back and HIGHLY RECOMMEND to everyone who wants to treat themselves with their services! Michelly and her whole team are OUTSTANDING! Don’t think twice, go give yourself a wonderful time!
Rio Palace & Spa definitely treated me like royalty! They’re amazing at what they do and their love for it shows. Emina greeted me with excitement and made sure I was comfortable, hydrated, and informed on all the special add-one.
I did the aromatherapy therapeutic massage with CBD oil add-on with Elizabeth. After only 50 min with her I felt refreshed, calm, and light. I plan on getting a facial here soon, maybe even try one of everything!
