just had my first appointment here. i am surprised to read the bad reviews about communication and politeness, when everyone i've talked to and has helped me so far has been incredibly polite and professional. it seems like people expect anwar and regina to cater to their schedules and multiple rescheduling attempts, which isn't fair to small business owners whatsoever.

anwar sat with me for 30 minutes to explain the procedure, went into detail about the science behind it, and zapped all my annoying hairs away 30 minutes later. it was pain-free and my skin is already calmed down. we had a nice conversation and i felt welcome and at home the entire time. the prices...read full review

After having an awful experience at another place, Regina was amazing! She was very professional, compassionate and accommodating. The office is well lit and very clean. I will never go anywhere else again!

I have been seeing Anwar for many years at this location. She is extremely clean and professional. I highly recommended her as the best person to do electrolysis. I have sensitive skin and it looks amazing, practically pain free and hair free. Thank you so much for helping me stay beautiful.
