Scheduling was a breeze, we received text and email notifications of our appointment time and date (later that day) but what we thought went above and beyond was the dispatch text message with the technicians picture and his GPS location as he made his way to our home. Upon arrival he introduced himself and got right to work. He even did a whole house electrical inspection to make sure everything was safe and presented all of his findings. Called PE, they understood, and sent someone out for what was a false alarm (remember they were furnace guys that flagged the panel, not electricians).
