My family and I love RAC! We were members a few years ago and then fell off because of life. We rejoined recently and I cannot say enough amazing things. I started training with Jessie and she is TOP NOTCH! She is very knowledgeable and has helped me learn my body and how strong I actually am. I have two small children who regularly attend the Kids Club and it truly is 10/10. Tara and all of her employees take such great care of my children and are always so friendly. I appreciate that everyone from the front desk staff, GM, Laura, owner, Sean are always so great!

Post hip replacement therapy with Caroline was really great. The exercises were varied and challenging. I built strength and she even helped me with my balance issues. I highly recommend the Rac for PT.

Awesome facility, great equipment. I think the most impressive feature was the greeting, professionalism and kindness that I received as soon as I walked through the door. I highly recommend this facility. A heart-felt thank you to the entire staff for a wonderful first visit experience. Continued blessings.
