I worked as Vail Rubber's internal project manager when we used Pearson Construction to build our new 60,000 sqft manufacturing facility in St. Joseph MI from 2019-2020 and we couldn’t be happier! They were very accommodating to our unique requests to fit our heavy manufacturing needs while maintaining a fair price. Despite Michigan weather, their project manager kept our build within a few weeks of the planned substantial completion date. First class group to work with from the project managers to the site foreman and operators.
