Ed Keeter is not only great at fixing the vintage machines that nobody knows how to repair anymore, but he is also an incredibly kind and interesting person.
A lot of the negative reviews have to do with long wait times and difficulty getting in touch with him. Yes, this can be true. But those people must remember that they’re dealing with a very small business, as it is usually only Ed doing the repairs and one person helping him with all of the admin work. Plus, the guy is in his late 70’s! He’s not glued to his phone like most folks these days.

Mr.Keeter came out the same day that I called. My washer suddenly went out just before I was expecting family to be coming for Thanksgiving, and I needed to wash lots of bedding. Not only did he arrive the day I called, but repaired it immediately, having the part on hand in his van. Thus guy knew immediately what the problem was just by our phone conversation! He is really a gem. Years of experience, very reasonably priced, and so knowledgeable. We have used his repair service for years.Service: Washing machine repair
