We searched for a tree service company in the Saint Joseph,MI. area. We left messages with several tree service businesses , but Henderson Bros Tree Service was the only one to call back and Thomas came to our house within 2 days to check out the work we wanted done and give us an estimate cost. We needed a large Oak tree trimmed of large branches over our roof and the removal of a small Crabapple tree in the back yard near city electric light wires. We were very impressed with the equipment Henderson Bros brought to our house. No climbing needed with mechanical equipment reaching 120 feet up from the ground. Henderson Bros. have done major work for me twice, the latest being the removal of a massive tree, stump grinding, and topsoil fill. Communications with Tom were thorough and timely. His estimates were fair, and the timeline and scope of work was accurate and clear. Importantly, Henderson Bros. have the correct equipment for the job. My backyard is very small, with a single-lane driveway, and no alley access. Henderson's have a small-scale scissor lift bucket that permitted them to easily get 60+ feet up. I couldn’t be more pleased with the work Thomas and his family did for me today! I called him after discovering a tree fell on one of my properties. He showed up to give me a quote and said he’d get me on the books. Not even 10 minutes later he called back to say he’d start it today and finish it tomorrow if need be. Much to my surprise it was all taken care of today! I highly recommend you give him a call if you need some tree work done! I know I will definitely be calling him again!
