I was skeptical of signing up for an extended warranty on my four-year old freezer. Frankly, Whirlpool has been disappointing us time and time again with appliances that don’t last like they should. We had a pricey washing machine go out after TWO years and a different repair company basically told us that we might as well buy a new one (we went with a different brand). Regardless, Diamond Factory Service was 100% worth the warranty we purchased. Kyle was awesome! He showed up on time, was extremely professional and fixed our freezer in less than an hour. Tony and Austin came out to service my new Maytag Dishwasher that wasn’t draining. They were quick, effective, and professional. They ended up replacing the drain pump. They were in and out in a flash. Appreciate the quick and attentive work gentleman. Thank you again!

I had an issue with my washer and so I had reached out to have my washer serviced. Tony and Austin arrived and was super courteous and knowledgeable with my washer and it's issue. They ordered the correct parts and just came back today to complete the repair. Three cycles so far, so good and their work was excellent and quick. I highly recommend them for future service and if I have an issue again, I know who I'm reaching out to.
