Although my warranty thru Whirlpool did not cover the rust appearing on my 3 year old appliance, the technician did his best by reaching out on my behalf and advocating for me.

Tony was fast and efficient. Arrived early to the appointment, asked if shoes were permitted or not. Dryer fin missed a screw since delivery- verified that and added a screw to prevent further ware.
