“In Focus Vision Center, located in Bay City is a top notch eye care establishment. My family and I have been in the care of Dr. Jessica Wagner-Jeske, O.D. from the time her practice was in Midland. She is a Ferris State University graduate, which is the premier source of optometrists. Being from Midland, it should be noted that we have no problem travelling to Bay City to receive our eye care. This is due to the fact that Dr. Wagner-Jeske is simply second to none when it comes to patient centered care. I have been to other eye care practices, and frankly many other health professionals and health care facilities, where you are treated like a commodity and processed through the facility like a production line. At the end of it all, you don’t feel treated like a person and are not quite sure what the true purpose of going to the practice was meant to be in the first place.

This simply won’t happen with Dr. Jessica Wagner-Jeske. She will take the time to explain to you what exactly the situation is, and the approaches necessary to address it. The personal, one on one care is what I am referring to. This is something that we just don’t see much of anymore, which is exactly why I am willing to drive to receive this level of care. I highly recommend In Focus Vision center because it is patient friendly, with the bonus of highly skilled and professional personnel as well as interactions that remind us that we are all people, which is what care is all about!“
