The ladies at the front desk area around 3pm were very kind and patient with me and I really appreciated that. During the exam she reassured me that if we needed to go back and redo a lens we absolutely can, made me feel comfortable to speak up. When picking options I had a hard time, but was also reassured that I’m able to take my time and showed the more options I have available. Not to mention, when I got them picked out and paid for, they were ready in 30 minutes, phenomenal!! Thank you for this experience, I was recommended by my mother and now I will recommend to others ! 😊
I had a pleasant experience here. Betty and Maria were kind, patient and attentive! The virtual exam was interesting, a first for me, but not unwelcome. Thank you again for the doctors referral, Betty.
I had an absolutely wonderful experience at Stanton Optical in Saginaw. Anita, the Brand Manager, went above and beyond to help me.
I was having temporary vision changes and was very stressed because I’m leaving soon for a trip to Europe. Anita got me in right away for an eye exam, helped me find sample contact lenses, and made sure I could see perfectly both near and far.
Her kindness, professionalism, and genuine care turned what was a very stressful situation into a huge relief. Outstanding customer service like this is rare to find.
Thank you, Anita, for taking such great care of me. I highly recommend Anita and the entire team at Stanton Optical in Saginaw!
