Melissa Merritt has helped us tremendously starting with going over our file and making sure everything is good. She has also helped us with my Uncle's arrangements and our sister's. We were very unprepared to make arrangements for our sister. Melissa was sympathetic and very helpful making arrangements. She definitely put us at ease and was very pleasant every time we spoke with her. I would recommend her to anyone.

At Melissa‘s suggestion, we had our parents grave marker refinished. It arrived back today, and it looks beautiful. She even sent me a picture of it, which meant a lot since I’m here in Arizona and couldn’t see it in person. Thanks again Melissa!
