Very kind and extremely helpful during such a hard time. Grace was compassionate, understanding and patient. Went well above and beyond any expectations. She was upfront with the cost menu and pushed nothing but compassion. She made all the calls and did everything!! Simply an amazing woman. Highly recommend them to handle the unpleasantness of post life arrangements.
I am so grateful to the wonderful people that assisted me with the handling of my dad's remains. Everyone at the Cremation Society of Mid-Michigan was thoughtful, worked quickly, and were excellent at communicating. They worked quickly to get the death certificates so I could manage the necessary tasks to settle my dad's affairs prior to leaving the area.
We, unexpectedly, lost our mother in 2020. When we met with Grace Sayles at Cremation Society, she was so kind and understanding while we worked through the details of caring for our mother. Grace was professional and very detailed. During an extremely emotional time, you’re obligated to make tough decisions, and they would see impossible to do, but I was so comfortable with Grace. I never felt rushed or pressured to do anything. She answered all questions and provided us with wonderful suggestions being this was my first parent to pass, I had no experience with this. I honestly can’t say enough wonderful things about Grace and Cremation Society. Highly recommend!
