Dominic our tech came out earlier than the appointment which I appreciated. He had actually installed a pump for us years ago. Before he even got started he checked that pump to make sure all good and it was. Then he got stated on my current problem and had it solved in short order. He kept the time to an hour, was very professional and personable, and told me how I could replace my loose and dripping shower handle from Moen. Bonus! Five stars

Thailand was out for a clogged kitchen sink- he was courteous, professional and knowledgeable . He was quick to get the drain unclogged and offered suggestions to help us going forward. Would definitely recommend Roto-Rooter for plumbing needs!
