I called to have a main septic line cleared out. He arrived on time - actually a few minutes early! After inspection, he told me that wasn't the problem but what I could do to fix the problem myself.He gave me the option of having him try anyway with the caveat that it may not work, or leave it alone and I can fix myself. Honesty and integrity - how rare is that nowadays? Great Service, within an hour Tom (the owner) checked out my situation, gave me HONEST recommendation what I should do before they did the drain cleaning. Called next morning to set up a time, within an hr back to complete the sewer line cleaning, had all the tools and camera to show me the issue, within 2 hrs issue solved...
