I highly recommend Muscle and Spine for all physical therapy needs. I have gone there after knee replacement, another time avoiding rotator cuff surgery, another avoiding hip surgery and recently the PT remedied low back pain. They are my “go to” place for joint pain relief!!! Dr. Ben listens carefully, analyzes thoroughly and recommends exercise/stretching that creates the pain relief sought after. KUDOS to all who work there…you each help to make Muscle and Spine Rehab a “well oiled machine”

Exactly what I needed! I came in with limited range of motion in my neck with pain. Now in less than two months, I have full range of motion with little to no pain. Dr. Ben taught me not only how to stretch and build muscle for my neck and back, but helped me to understand the reason why to implement these into my everyday life, so I can keep doing whatever it is that I want to do without limitations.
