Took my sis to a eye exam and it took over 2 hrs. Over a hr we sat in the lobby after our appointment time and then took over a hr for the eye exam. Taking my mom to another place for her eye exam. The people seemed semi pleasant but a little to comfortable having inappropriate conversations about there very personal home life topics within ear distance of little kids. I hope any further trips will be less negative if I ever have to bring a family member here again. Could just be they had a bad day but that's not what I'm seeing in the reviews.

Grace Health is the first clinic that me and my family go to since we came in to USA and we loved it we still go there . They have discount for members and you don’t need to pay so much and the pharmacy is way more cheaper than other’s pharmacy, so Recommend!

Staff is always courteous and quick to help. Seems like a good place to work because members of the staff can be heard laughing together quietly or may chuckle. Council is offered with care. Making appointments is not a chore. Checking in can start at home when you go online to the patient portal.
