“My husband called Crooks Plumbing a few hours ago because Service Professor cancelled on us this afternoon when we were supposed to have a morning time slot with them. The person that answered said she had someone in the area just finishing up a job and she'd send him our way. He was here within 15 minutes and done in less than 90 minutes. We needed a faucet replaced but the hookups under the sink were different sizes and we didn't have the tools to fix it. Thank you to Crooks for getting to us so fast!“

“After a very long week (since Monday) of turning space heaters on and off every time we left the house…we have heat! ? (Not complaining; it could have been so much worse) ???? I do need to share my experience though on why who you use matters! I have a home warranty on the furnace and utilized it. They sent out an incredibly unethical and very unresponsive contractor who was trying to charge me $2,500 out of pocket (warranty was already replacing my furnace/labor) for unnecessary modifications and couldn’t have it installed until late next week. I was like, ya I’m good.✌?I chose to do the cash out and risked paying more to pick my own service provider. Talked to my brother in law who recommended I call Sims Heating and Cooling Service, Inc. Called them yesterday; new furnace was installed this morning. ? I’m super picky about contractors, especially with all the home renovations I’ve done over the years. Let me tell ya. Everyone and I mean everyoneeeee I encountered (5 people) at Sim’s was incredibly helpful, kind, professional, ethical and most importantly…genuinely concerned that we went this long without heat and how they could help remediate it. I’m grateful for this positive experience with one of the “good ones!” Make sure you contact them for any of your Heating and Cooling needs, including air conditioning, water heaters and generators as well! ??“
