I highly recommend Sims Heating and Cooling and will only be using Sims from here on out! After years of getting conflicting information on our furnace, we finally got answers with Sims and were able to get a new furnace installed within 3 days to keep our family safe and get our heat back on.Trey was the technician who diagnosed the issue and provided us with options ranging from replacing a part to purchasing a new system. He explained everything thoroughly and ensured that we would not continue to use the system that was creating a potentially dangerous environment.
