Aaron from Peak in Roscommon, MI was great! He was right on time compared to when I was told he would be here. He was informative about what he was doing, and what he found, and was very quick on the repair and double checking that the system was working properly again. He did offer a maintenance plan to get a discount on the days price but when I declined, he did not pressure me. He was very polite and treated my home, family and myself with respect. We had a great technician, Micheal, very courteous and explained everything he was doing. Although the outcome was not what we were expecting, needing a new furnace, he made it easy to order and it was installed the same day. Carlos was an excellent installer.
