Went there to have my 100lb slightly reactive and starting to having arthritis German Shepherd groomed. I was more nervous than a parent leaving their child on the first day of school, but all the staff are so attentive and competent. They had her back to me in less than two hours beautifully groomed and looking very calm and happy.
The store and grooming area are immaculate, the staff is always friendly, products and services are reasonably priced. Will definitely return, they did a great job.
We’ve visited a few times and my dog Leo loves the store. James is always helpful and happy to see the dogs. Last week Leo went to Shelby to try their grooming services. I was thrilled with what a great job she did. We definitely will be going back
It was my first time taking my Siberian husky to a self groom location and I was unsure about the process/what to expect. Staff member James was extremely helpful from the moment I walked in. He explained everything to me and was so sweet to my dog Aurora. Highly recommend this as an alternative to professional grooming! The shampoo, conditioner, towels and dryer are all included. The store also has an amazing variety of pet supplies, food and treats. I was happy to spoil my fur baby with some goodies when we were done :)
