I don't understand the bad reviews on this place at all. Even with self-pay, the cost for vision test+ retinal imaging without dilation was very reasonable. Dr. Franssen was extremely thorough, professional, and explained everything to me in detail. The staff was very kind. I was in and out very quickly. Very satisfied.

We have vision insurance as a retired teacher, but at Costco it cost less than half for same quality of glasses compared to using our insurance elsewhere. Eye exam was great and got answers to all my questions. Front desk person was disengaged ( bored ? depressed ?) But the doc is great.

Love the Optometrist Dr Amanda Holtz. The staff are friendly and welcoming. When requesting an appointment through the website, would like to be able to select open appointments vs when I would like to come in. ie m-f afternoon.
