Very disappointed with this experience. My girlfriend had a reservation with a doctor, but we waited for around 30 minutes with no explanation. What made us even more uncomfortable was that instead of the main doctor, other students or trainees seemed to be checking her without properly explaining the situation to us. We felt confused and not treated respectfully during the visit. I understand this may be a teaching hospital, but patients should still be clearly informed and treated professionally.

I love UHS! Joanie at the front desk was so sweet and helpful, and every doctor I’ve see has been wonderful. UHS has such a comprehensive set of doctors all under one roof, which is super helpful for busy students trying to get everything done at the same place (e.g. GPs, eye doctors, radiology, physical therapy, dermatology, nutritionists, an on-site laboratory, and more). The office is also great about answering the phone and scheduling, and I was always able to get appointments within a week when I needed them. The online portal is super helpful as well.

Carlina-Lyn was SO HELPFUL and made sure I was aware that I needed to send in additional forms to ensure my paperwork got through. She promised she would call me after they were completed and sent out (and she did!) and was so sweet the whole process. Thank you for being you!

This place and the people were super nice and welcoming! Definitely deserves a five start rating.

Have been visiting this place since 2020. So far dient have any issue with the facility. They try to help us in the best way possible. The only con is they are closed on weekends. Even a short working hours on weekends would be nice.

I don’t know why this place has such low reviews, I’ve been twice and it was alright. The staff are typically awesome and I’ve never felt ignored or rushed at all. I think if you’re *actually* sick, you’ll be taken good care of here.

When I enrolled in UM a few months later,I had inflammation on my upper cheeks for over a month. I didn't know where to receive treatment. By chance, I found University Health Service. For curiosity, I entered and asked the fronter staff, Ms. TRieia Ray kindly immediately put my appointment on Dr. Charis Hill. I received careful examination and treatment from Dr Charis Hill care team. Also TRieia kindly changed Dr. Charis Hill as my physician. Thanks to that, I could receive annual physical exam 4 months earlier. Since many students are communicating here, is crowed. But the system is well organized. And they have friendly staff and nice doctors which can have sympathy on the recipients.

Tried to call the “24/7” nurse advice line multiple times when I had a really high fever. Told me they were closed?? That’s not what your website says.
